AGE CRITERIA

✔ Pre-Nursery: The Child should be 2+ years of age as on March 31, 2024. i.e- born between April 1,2022 to March 31, 2024

✔ Nursery: The Child should be 3+ years of age as on March 31,2024. i.e- born between April 1,2021 to March 31,2024

✔ KG : The Child should be 4+ years of age as on March 31,2024. i.e- born between April 1,2020 to March 31,2024

✔ Grade l : The Child should be 5+ years of age as on March 31,2024. i.e- born between April 1,2019 and March 31,2024

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

✔ Self Attested copy of Date of Birth Certificate of the child.

✔ Self Attested copy of Proof of Residence.

✔ Self Attested copy of Aadhaar Card of Parents and child.

✔ Self Attested copy of Vacciantion card of the child.

✔ 2 Photographs of the child, 1 each of Mother and Father.

✔ Transfer Certificate (KG Onwards)

✔ Report card of previous year(s) (KG Onwards)
